Negative calories that shouldn't be there

Hello,

I have the negative calories enabled and they had never given me a problem.... since yesterday (26th of May). I always have only one "Fitbit calorie adjustment" in my exercise section in MyFitnessPal, which calculates the MFP estimate calories, compares it with the Fitbit readings and gives me the final result, whether if it's positive calories I can consume or negative calories from having eaten more than I have burned.

But yesterday I had two readings, one that is the usual one (and it's correct when I compare it with my Fitbit Dashboard) and one that's -151 that is messing up all my readings from yesterday. I've tried to refresh the page multiple times, sync the Fitbit again, turn MFP off and on again, delete all browser history with cookies and such, uninstall Fitbit and install it again, disable the Negative calories on MFP and delete this adjustment but nothing worked. If you click on the "I" of information in this calorie adjustment it reads: "SORRY We ran into an error while trying to display your calorie adjustment information. Please refresh this page and try again".

Can someone help, please?

Hi LenaFitbit,

I had browsed he forums and I had already read this post but it wasn't my
case because I do sync my Fitbit at least 3 times a day. On that day it has
2 different entries, one fit the normal adjustment and another one with the
negative calories. I only have 1 entry the rest of the days with the
calorie adjustment.
But since it only happened with that day it's ok. Just an error and that's
fine.

Thanks!
