New Zip - LOSE OLD DATA???

My Zip is being replaced and I assume I have to register like I have a new FitBit with a different dongle etc. 

Does that mean I will lose all of my old sync'd data  miles/steps that I have sync'd

 

Also I currently do not use the app will the Zip be equipped with instructions on how now use the android app??

If you follow the procedure below then you won't lose any of your settings or data when you swap fitbits:

Using the app should be just a case of downloading the fitbit app from the app store and logging on with your existing email and password. Not all phones can be used to sync though. You can check whether yours is compatible at www.fitbit.com/devices
