New Zip Not Syncing

I have just got a new zip, installed it and it will not sync! Any suggestions? Jenn

Nice to see you here @jensum! I appreciate that you have shared your experience with your Zip. Since your Zip is a new tracker, please make sure that you have already pair it as a replacement device on your account.
