New Zip not adding steps

My Zip does not show the steps, this is a new zip, lost my one last night!

Do you mean the steps are not showing on the zip or on your dashboard on your phone / computer?

 

If it's a dashboard issue, have you added the new zip to your account, replacing the one you lost?

Finally gave up after a third day in a row of the zip literally screwing me
out of steps. Third day did 8- 10,000 and it showed up as 2700
