Hello @almostthere1, thanks for joining us. It's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

In this particular case, I would like to recommend restarting your Zip once again and then perform an accuracy test to check if indeed the tracker has accuracy issues.

To restart your tracker:

  1. Open the battery door using the battery door tool and remove the battery.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Place the battery back into the tracker with the "+" side facing up, and close the door.

Then, to perform the accuracy test:

  1. Put your wrist-based tracker on your wrist or put your clip-on tracker on your hip or torso.
  2. Walk 100 steps, making sure to count a step each time one of your feet hits the ground.
  3. Pause, then check your tracker to see your step count.

If your tracker counted less than 100 steps or more than 100, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know the steps you've performed so far, I'm positive they will be more than happy to get you back on track.

I hope this can be helpful, keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
