The app updated on 30 September (on Android) and since then, I have been unable to synch my Zip. Now my battery's running out as well so if I don't sync it soon, I'll lose 5 days' worth of steps... My device is linked to my health insurance so that would be super annoying. Any idea how to fix it without losing steps? Will setting up the device again kill all my data?
Update: Had to change the battery and thankfully I can synch again and only lost about 7k steps today.
