Got a new Fitbit zip. Will not stay paired with my phone. Steps tracked for insurance responsibilities. I'm losing more than half of my steps a day because of this problem.

Hello @Steveil1 what type of phone do you have?
With the Zip there is no need for it to be paired to the phone and with sync issues the first step is to remove the Zip from the phones BT and then try a sync.
