My Fitbit Zip is not syncing to my iPhone 8+. I’m in a challenge and it won’t work. I’ve done all the trouble shooting with no success. Please advise.

Same problem. I finally googled the problem and found some information which I THINK may have worked. Try googling it. I don't have the link anymore or I would share it.
Basically - says to be sure the USB Dongle is Connected. Use a different USB port to see if that helps.
Or Reconnected to computer. OR uninstall fitbit connect on PC (open control panel, Programs and Features, select fitbit connect, uninstall.
Then download the newest software version frm www.fitbit.com/setup and follow the prompts.
after reinstalling software, try to manually sync your tracker.
good luck This has been driving me crazy for the past few weeks. I HOPE it works. I just tried it and so far so good but it's only been 1/2 hour!
