Purchased a new Zip and cannot Set Up

I have purchased a brand new zip as my old one got water in it and messed up the screen.  I want to keep my account, I have deleted my old zip from my account and when I've gone to add a new device, it does not show the zip in the options! - Any help welcome!!

Hi @Kezibell have you checked the middle of the list?
