Re send invitation to an Activity Group

Our family has a small group that competes. I attempted to send an invite to another family member and she did not recognize my Fitbit signature and ignored email. She wants me to re-send invite so she can join us... and Fitbit rejects my attempt because I've already send out one invite to her in the past. Do you know how to get around this glitch?

Welcome to the Forums @Slowmotion! Thank you for sharing your experience with Fitbit. At the moment, is not possible to re send this invitation. However, if your family member has the email in his trash folder or in the inbox it is possible to accept this invitation. 

Or, if you are the group owner you can edit your group settings:

Change your group's privacy settings to "Public, Invitation Only"

Then, you can give your group address to your family member. With this, your family member will be able to see a "Join" button. 

After your family member has accepted the invite, you can change your group's privacy to "Private" again.
