I have a charge hr and a zip. I used to wear the zip to work and after work, Ineould wear the hr and sync the two. Now I gave my husband the zip to use. Can I delete that from my account and will it still work like a pedometer for him. He can’t make his own Fitbit app on his phone

Welcome to the Forums @Suevcb! You can remove the Zip tracker that you aren't using from your account. To do so:

  1. Visit https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device and click the tile for the tracker you'd like to remove. You'll see the Devices page for that tracker.
  2. Scroll down and click "Remove this tracker from your account."

The tracker will no longer be  associated with your account and your other tracker on the account will continue to sync normally. Regarding the non compatible phone, in the meantime you can use a computer to setup or any other compatible mobile device.

Please let me know if you need any additional assistance. 😉
