Replacement Zip?

Set up my replacement Zip on my PC - question - does it automatically sync up to the app or do I need to "replace" it in the app too? Does not appear to be syncing correctly on the web dashboard, but I'm seeing many others are having the same problem.

It's nice to have you here @RedHedd! If you just got a new Fitbit Zip, you will to set it up as new device in order to get it to sync with your Dashboard. I invite you to read this article to better understand how the syncing process works.

Hi there @RedHedd! Could you explain to me more about your issue? You paired the new Fitbit Zip through the PC, you don't need to connect it through the Fitbit app. The tracker should start syncing automatically if the mobile device is compatible. Where are you having syncing problems then? Is it through the PC or Fitbit app? You should check out these syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another Bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. The tracker will automatically sync to your PC if is around 20 ft and the USB Dongle is connected and to the phone as well but you need to have the all day sync option activated.
