How long does it take to fix the battery life issue with the Fitbit Zip. I'm changing my battery every 3 weeks. So frustrating. Trying to find something new to use that's not bracelet type that doesn't have this issue. Batteries are expensive and this is so inconvenient. Any resolution yet? I've tried the normal suggestions and nothing helps. 😡

Welcome to the Forums @Ameni! Thanks for sharing your experience with Fitbit Zip. Upon checking with Support I was able to see that you have an open case with them. I'm pretty sure that they can check what is happening with your tracker. Just remember to keep an eye to the email address you used to register with the Community forums.
