Sip battery

I lost my fitbit when I moved then found it about 2 months later. The battery was dead so I bought a new one but nothing happens after I put it in. Help please!

Well, replacing the battery should give it a restart, but, just in case, you might try following these restart instructions again .

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

It's great to have you here 🙂 Thanks for the cooperation @Julia_G Woman Wink  @Cat2398 I would suggest to review the troubleshoot on this link: http://imgur.com/a/l1KwH if your Zip is not turning on after this I would recommend to contact customer support and let them know with details the troubleshoot you performed so they can assist you.

Help! I tried using a coin to open my Fitbit zip battery door, but to no effect. However, I did bend it, and now it will not open. I asked customer support on Twitter and they said to try using a coin, however, that is how my tracker broke in the first place. I was wondering if there was another way or if I could qualify for a new one? Anything would be appreciated thanks
