Well, replacing the battery should give it a restart, but, just in case, you might try following these restart instructions again .
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

@Cat2398 I would suggest to review the troubleshoot on this link: http://imgur.com/a/l1KwH if your Zip is not turning on after this I would recommend to contact customer support and let them know with details the troubleshoot you performed so they can assist you.
