I'm having trouble with my Zip syncing. I keeping getting notices to restart the Bluetooth on my phone (multiple times in a row). My phone connects to my car via Bluetooth without any issues, so I don't think the Bluetooth is the issue. Suggestions?

remove the Zip battery

on your phone, you can also try :

- remove the Zip from the Bluetooth paired devices list

- stop Bluetooth

- restart your phone

- start Bluetooth

- associate again you Zip, and try to sync.
