You know it does seems like the sync problem is a REAL problem that doesn't get addressed by the company. It's a nice device but is a Royal Pain in the sync situation. You would figure a company like this would correct the issue so many people have.

Hey there @dko1551, welcome! I'm sorry to hear about your Zip syncing issues, have you tried our recommended troubleshoot? If the issue persists, once you have confirmed and followed our recommendations, the best thing is contacting support so they can investigate and evaluate your case.
