You know it does seems like the sync problem is a REAL problem that doesn't get addressed by the company. It's a nice device but is a Royal Pain in the sync situation. You would figure a company like this would correct the issue so many people have.

I found that if your using bluetooth on windows 10 that the zip will sync better if its not on your pocket when you are at the computer.
