My zip has not synced since March 6 I can not get it to sync with the app. Is this a known issue? Suggestions to connect

Same issue for me. Zip works and counts steps, but can't be seen by the Android app on my phone or the app on my computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck.

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @SK211! Your case sounds more like the connection between the tracker and the app is lost. To restore connection, please set up your tracker as a new device.

Hi-I had the original Fitbit which I no longer use. If I get the ZIP will it sync to the device that I still have inserted on my computer? If not do you have any suggestions. Thanks
