Hey there @Meldee! This sounds odd. However, you can check a couple of things:

Same issue for me.  Zip works and counts steps, but can't be seen by the Android app on my phone or the app on my computer.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck.

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @SK211! Your case sounds more like the connection between the tracker and the app is lost. To restore connection, please set up your tracker as a new device

Tried that, unable to set up as a new device as well. The Fitbit app
simply cannot see my device, either on my phone or my computer. This
started about the same time I see many other zip owners having the same
issue on the forum.

I have also uninstalled/reinstalled the app, tried to connect to the computer. Can not sync as a new device. I unsynced my fitbit with my phone and now can not get it to sync back up at all. I haven't been able to log my steps or tracking since the end of March now.

Hi-I had the original Fitbit which I no longer use. If I get the ZIP will it sync to the device that I still have inserted on my computer? If not do you have any suggestions. Thanks

Yeah, Fitbit definitely has a problem that they're not acknowledging.
