mine isn't synching either-- so my money is on a problem with the Fitbit site.....seems to happen frequently. Wish Fitbit would put a notice on one of the boards when they decide to perform maintenance

If it is a problem the app or software you sync through will tell you that Fitbit.com did not respond.
What device do you sync through?
