After the daylight savings time change, my Zip still is on the old time. I went to the Dashboard to switch it to Central Standard Time, but it didn't switch and is one hour off. I thought maybe it was a problem with synchronizing (since, for some reason, it stopped synchronizing a week ago too). When I read the instructions for synchronizing, it said to click the Account tab, but I don't see anything that says Account or the Account icon. So now I have two problems--the wrong time and the sync problem. Help!

Hi @Cordeliam - I think your time issue is definitely related to your tracker not syncing, so you need to get that fixed. Please check the help article below and let us know if you are still having trouble.
