Time is off

The time on my zip fitbit has been correct until yesterday, when it suddenly gained six hours and 57 minutes. I've spent an hour on the community board and haven't found the answer I need. I did go onto the dashboard and find that the time zone is set correctly. It doesn't seem logical that if the time zone was off anyway, that the time would be off by such a strange amount. I reset the fitbit by removing the battery, waiting 10 seconds and replacing it. The time was exactly the same as before. If you're going to tell me to force a sync for some reason, you'd better tell me how to do that on an ios. I saw the question in the community, but didn't see an answer to that question.

Hi @mumpy how are you doin' today? the time off on your tracker could be due to a syncing issue. But don't worry, this could be fixed by following the instructions on this post, which has the tips for iOS devices. If after try those steps, the time still incorrect, I suggest you to get in touch with Fitbit Support directly. They will find a solution for you. Smiley Happy
