When trying to pair my zip to bluetooth I get "an app is needed to use this device." I already have the fitbit app on my phone. The steps synch but I cannot pair with my phone. I have tried all instructions and nothing works.

Hi @MDPunteney  the Fitbit pairs to your email address/account and not directly to your bluetooth. Read this article on syncing - click to go there.
