I see this is a problem. I have used this for years and never had a problem. Does anyone have a solution? I updated it this morning with an App Store update and now I am getting a message that says the device is no longer compatible. I shut down the phone, disconnected Bluetooth and uninstalled the app. I reinstalled everything but it’s still not syncing. I have use this for years and never had a problem. @Jlaneme you may garnish better responses if you share more particulars, such as what version of a device (I'm assuming a phone) that you're using (Android / iOS) and what version of the software and firmware. You've twice mentioned app store updates, but not which app store, and twice mentioned disconnecting Bluetooth and uninstalling the app, but not which device you'd uninstalled and reinstalled it on. Do you have other devices such as a computer or tablet you can try syncing with? Do you have other trackers besides the zip that sync successfully? Based on what you've shared so far, I'm unfortunately without suggestions outside of checking your phone has free space for caching, as if an Android is full, sometimes apps can't sync. Again, unsure if Android or Apple. Good luck!

Yes. After several calls and emails, it appears there is a problem with the latest IOS update for Apple and now my zip is no longer recognized as a Bluetooth device by my phone. Fitbit says they’re aware of the issue and that it affects certain devices including zip.
