Very disappointed in Zip

I am very disappointed in the Zip. Constant problems syncing on my laptop (Windows 10). And a BATTERY? Seriously? Either I didn't notice or it wasn't stated when I picked it out. I was replacing a dead Fitbit (had it years) which I could recharge on my computer. Not the Zip - need a new battery. Won't happen. It will go in the drawer. Maybe I'll get a new one sometime, or maybe I'll just give up completely.

@RedBrenda . The battery is easy to replace. Check out this article. The battery is also quite inexpensive. It might be worth a try rather than retiring it to a drawer. Just a thought.

I'm sure it is easy to replace and inexpensive. Not the point. I burned through it in maybe 3 months - so I'd use 4 a year or so a year. Just didn't want the trash - I wanted a rechargeable Fitbit like I had before. Plus the annoying "can't sync" thing.

I wind up replacing a battery a month.  At $4+ each it's not only irritating but expensive for the few things a Zip does.
