Weekday challenge missing steps

My daily step count during the week are higher than what shows in the weekday challenge. I've reinstalled the app and the discrepancy is still occurring. I noticed the issue about 2-3 weeks ago.

It's nice to have you here @Mngal2001! Welcome! Cat HappyI noticed @SteveH provided you some great help with this issue. I'd like to add that something else that can affect you can be the following:

1. Steps fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode.
2. All challenge participants are not in the same time zone.

I'd also recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.

In some cases this problem is caused by the way steps are tracked. Only steps directly tracked by your Zip count. Any steps from manually logged activities, use of 3rd party apps, or use of your phone's GPS tracking do not count. Could that explain what's happening?
