my weight loss has been wrong the last two weeks by one Decimel place, so this week it's saying I have lost 2 ounces instead of 2 pounds - my mums has been the same - how do we fix this?

Hey hey hey @Nickinoo nice to see you around! Have you seen if your weight goal is updated? If so and the issue continues, you should contact support for further assistance. I know they'll be happy to investigate further.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Have a wonderful day! 😄

Hello, yes it's still the same issue. I did contact fit bit and they said its correct. Which is clearly isn't as I don't weigh 11lb!! My app is correct just not the weekly update, but I guess that's not so important

How is it goin' @Nickinoo ? Have you seen on your settings if your weight is in kilograms, pounds or stones? I'm suggesting this because I think it would be more like 11 stones which is a real weight ( 72.3 kg).
Everything that concerns you is important 😉 Please let me know how it goes with that.

Have a beautiful day!

This is happening to me too, although I have a surge not a zip. It has been wrong on at least the last 4 reports (that is when I joined)

Lightest: 0st 11.7lb

Heaviest: 0st 11.9lb

Weight change: 0st 0.1lb (down arrow)

All the other numbers on the report seem correct. Sort it out please fitbit!

Yes this is the exact problem I have, it says 0st 11.7lb in stead of 11 st 7lb. Mine has always been wrong since the get go and my settings are on stone and pounds (correctly)
