Hey @DAlexisA, it is great to see new faces around! One of the reasons why you can't see some of your tiles, in this case the step tile, could be because your Zip is not longer paired. So first of all, I suggest you to review your Fitbit account and make sure that it is. If not, then I suggest you to follow the instructions for iOS in this post to do so.
