Well enough of my drama and back to you your post.
There are known issues with the new version of Lollipop. Although I would like to know more details about the issue you are experiencing. Is not letting you to sync your tracker at all? I would like to know if there is an error while you try to do this. So far, I know the call notifications and firmware updates present issues with the android OS and is not will all trackers. So perhaps I can share with you some ideas to sync with your new devices.
