Won't sync

I was blessed to have gotten both a new phone and tablet for Christmas. Unfortunately, they both run on Lollipop 5. No more syncing for me unless I use my old phone. Any suggestions?

Hey @Dmurraytn those are pretty awesome Christmas gifts my friend and welcome to our community. The only gift I received was oversize clothes that I can't wear. Robot LOL LOL.

 

Well enough of my drama and back to you your post. Robot Very Happy There are known issues with the new version of Lollipop. Although I would like to know more details about the issue you are experiencing. Is not letting you to sync your tracker at all? I would like to know if there is an error while you try to do this. So far, I know the call notifications and firmware updates present issues with the android OS and is not will all trackers. So perhaps I can share with you some ideas to sync with your new devices.

Thanks for responding. My devices don't pick up my zip with Bluetooth.
There's no error messages. Just no new devices found. For now, I'm using my
old phone to sync while I'm home. I have logged out of fitbit, restarted
phone, removed battery from zip...not in that order...but I think I've
tried everything I found at the forum. Any and all help would be
appreciated:-)
