Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @Shaylalala. Your Fitbit Zip battery should last up to 6 months before needing a replacement. I would recommend checking out your Zip contacts by following @vomitofthemind's instructions. If the contacts are obstructed this might cause the battery to drain quickly. Additionally, a restart to your Zip as @Odyssey13 stated, might help you out.
The all day sync option shouldn't drain your battery that fast.
