Zip not synced for days

Hey have had my zip since last September and no problems with it at all. However this week it just won't sync and hasn't properly since Monday. Have taken the battery out and put it back in but still no joy 😞

Hello @Katiekk84 welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 I noticed from your signature that you are syncing from a Android device, besides restarting your tracker have you tried any other troubleshoot? On this help article you can find the troubleshooting steps to get your tracker syncing again.

I tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it which worked the first time but then it still refused to sync again and the second time I tried it didn't work. My location is turned on also my bluetooth. The problems seem to have only began since there was an update for the app. It's so frustrating as like I said I've had no problems with it before now
