My battery is totally dead

I changed my battery on Wednesday and now it's saying it's totally dead I can't even sync it and I have challenges I am doing with my friends weekly and daily ones that it now won't lemme sync with and today is Friday a crucial day for the Work Week Challenge

Welcome to the Community @AshleyBoasso! This may happen when there is an improper contact with the battery and the tracker. However, you can fix it by opening the battery door of your Zip, removing your battery, and ensuring that the silver battery tab located in the lower right half of your tracker is flush with the white box outline in the tracker housing.
