Zip Notification options

I'm wondering if there is a way for my Fitbit app or the zip itself to notify me when I need to get up and move around.  My co-worker has a wristband model of the Fitbit and hers vibrates if she is inactive too long.  I have wrist issues and cannot wear the wristband model but I would still like to have the reminder to move around.  I can see my phone on my desk, so if the app was able to send a notification, I could see it (if the zip is incapable of notifying me itself).

Sorry but you won't be able to use fitbit's "reminder to move" function with the zip or the app.

It needs to have a fitbit tracking your movement (so can't be done using just the app) and fitbit say:

"The reminders to move feature is available on all devices except Fitbit Charge, Fitbit Charge HR, Fitbit Flex, Fitbit One, Fitbit Surge, and Fitbit Zip."
