Where can I purchase a (battery) back cover for the Fitbit Zip? My back cover is broken and won't hold the battery in place. I love the Fitbit Zip! Had to purchase another Fitbit ( upgraded to Alta) but would love to use my Zip. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the Forums @HeartandSoulFit! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Zip's back door. Currently, we don't sell the Zip's back door. 

 

To better assist you, I've created a Support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums.

The back door is chipped and won’t hold the battery in. I chatted with Fitbit and they have no solution because the Zip isn’t sold anymore. I only want to use a clip. Help!!!
