Zip Tracker Not Found

My Zip is Syncing to any device when I try it on my phone it tells me zip tracker not found...Not good considering I just started a challenge at work....

This happened to me a while  ago. There are some things you can try:

 

you can restart it,

 

or you can delete it from you're acount then reconnect it to you're acount

 

or you can request a new Fitbit zip from Fitbit, only if all else fails
