I have been trying for the three months to update the firmware on my Zip and NOTHING is working. I have even gone as far as to purchase a new Zip!!! Nothing is working. I've read all the post here and the instructions don't work. Also, since this update notice has been in place all syncing to the app to halted all together.
HELP!!! Should I send them back to the factory for updating? Please advise
