The last couple off days my Zip keeps giving me a low battery notification, Iget the little icon at the bottom off the screen, but by the time I get off the comptuer its gone.
What gives is it really a low battery or is the cold weather playing up with the charge? I'm in Australia so its winter here.

@Fayph take the battery oit, use a q-tip or tissue and alcohol to clean the contacts an battery.. Important to not touch the battery or contacts with the fingers.
Before putting the battery back lift up on the bottom contact and slightly bend out the side one. Very little movement is needed so please be carefull.
