Zip battery with slash mark meaning

What does it mean when battery icon (i think that is what it is)  has slash thru it

Usually it means that the battery is running out, but recently mine was doing this despite it being a fairly new battery (only put new battery in two weeks ago) and the app saying battery was at 85%. Yesterday my Zip just suddenly stopped working entirely, even with a brand new battery and making sure the battery contact points are connecting properly. I'm wondering if maybe after a while the Zip just stops working...

Thank you so much for this reply and for taking time. Odd that website in icons did not simply have it listed. I was told by Chat person to take it out, put it back, and then if that did not help (it did not) to replace it . Then the new one in 2 days got same code. I am trying one more and then will just try a new Zip I think. I am going to try all the possibly bad batteries in new Zip before I throw them out just in case it has nothing to do with battery. (I am very frugal and those batteries are not that cheap!) Good luck with your plight too. Thanks. Peggy
