Welcome to the Community @Rissadabest! the battery of the Zip lasts from 4 to 6 months. So it is not normal that in around a month the battery drains out. In this case, I suggest you to get in touch with Fitbit Support directly and let them know about this. I'm pretty sure they will help you out.
Let me know how it goes!

I've had a Zip since February and have numerous problems with the battery. The battery low sign has appeared quite a few times. After taking it out and putting it back in, that seemed to solve the problem most times but I had to be sent a replacement battery in April because it drained completely and then it's gone again yesterday, so I've emailed Support this morning to ask for another replacement. I definitely had higher hopes for my Fitbit, I'm starting to wonder whether I should look for something else 😞

Hey @amysmum18 and @Ac-20156 sounds too bad that your Zip battery is not lasting as expected. You need to get in touch with Fitbit Support so they can take a look of your account, your warranty and choose the best option!
Let me know how it goes.
