Is it common for the battery to go out after only having for less than a month???

Welcome to the Community @Rissadabest! the battery of the Zip lasts from 4 to 6 months. So it is not normal that in around a month the battery drains out. In this case, I suggest you to get in touch with Fitbit Support directly and let them know about this. I'm pretty sure they will help you out.

I just got my Fitbit Zip last Friday and the battery went low on Wednesday. I think it's normal for the bad batteries to go out less than a month. I'm also wondering if the "All-Day Sync" option has something to do with that. I'll have to check and find out.

I've had a Zip since February and have numerous problems with the battery.  The battery low sign has appeared quite a few times.  After taking it out and putting it back in, that seemed to solve the problem most times but I had to be sent a replacement battery in April because it drained completely and then it's gone again yesterday, so I've emailed Support this morning to ask for another replacement.  I definitely had higher hopes for my Fitbit, I'm starting to wonder whether I should look for something else 😞

Hey @amysmum18 and @Ac-20156 sounds too bad that your Zip battery is not lasting as expected. You need to get in touch with Fitbit Support so they can take a look of your account, your warranty and choose the best option!
