So I have had my Zip for about 2 years and I love it, but just recently I noticed that it hadn't been saving my data to my app. When I tried to fix it it would tell me "tracker not found" so I went through all the proper steps to try and get it to work no luck. I then uninstalled the app and uploaded and still no luck so as a last ditch effort I unpaired the Zip now I can't get it back on. It counts all my steps and everything just not connecting to my phone.

I have been having the same problem on and off for the last 2 or 3 weeks. After this morning's update now my time is 20 minutes off on the clock. So now today I have the wrong time and it's back to not syncing. Like you, I have reset everything like I have done on and off for the last few weeks and it will not connect or correct the time.
