Fit bitTook the advice offered last night didn’t register any of my steps today another wasted day with the Fitbit telling the time but that’s it yesterday wasn’t telling the time or telling me the steps what is up

Welcome to the Forums @Michelle327! In this case, I would recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. To do so, you can follow this post by @vomitofthemind.
