I am trying to set up my fitbit zip on a new computer, but it won't sync. HELP! I can't find a manual sync. (Mac OS 10.9)

Welcome to the Forums @fitty24! Syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement. Verify each requirement and the troubleshooting steps described in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If you feel that your tracker is not working correctly, please restart it.
