When I am daily walking my device will not sync Miles, nor my Pace, Help!

May I ask if and how your recording your walks?

The Zip by itself is not designed to record the walk or your pace?

I assume you have seen the pace and distance for walks in the past but I'm not sure how?

Sorry for the time I took to respond. As our friend @Rich_Laue mentioned, we need to confirm how you're tracking your steps and when you're looking your information. Please check this article about the Fitbit App and let me know if you have more questions. If you notice issues with your stats please take a screenshot of the information that you can see from your end.
