Zip lost steps after syncing

Had problem with Zip not showing steps for 4 days after syncing.   Finally removed the battery for 20 seconds and steps still showed, but wouldn't sync.   Repeated the process 3 times before it synced.   Then suddenly the zip show 0 steps.   Is it going to go back to zero when I sync again?

@keepinfit I'm not completely understanding your question and likely nobody else is either. Perhaps consider sharing more details about what's occurred before this event, or attach photos to better explain what's happening? I've read this a few times and it's confusing "zip not showing steps 4 days after syncing", meaning you synced your zip, then the display stopped working for 4 days and without anything done just began showing your steps on the screen again? Perhaps you have a loose battery connection.
