Zip didn't reset at Midnight- I changed battery, waited to tap and it did reset time, but not steps, I still have yesterdays steps. I've tried to remove dongle and battery and re-start and it's still showing yesterdays steps

thank you, I didn't wear my Fitbit all day, but I did put it in my pocket when I went to Zumba last night, I didn't want to lose my exercise minutes

I'm glad to see your comments here in the Forums @justjannie.

This is really odd! Thanks for restarting your Zip and for the steps that you have done in order to troubleshoot this. This is not an usual behavior of the tracker since this feature should be working automatically without you doing anything else, but there is no way to delete those steps since it is just a copy of the day before. Sorry for the inconvenience, it shouldn't be happening again.

Let me know if you have questions about it. Woman Happy

Thanks for getting back @justjannie

Sorry about your missing data, I know that you expected to see your data reflected on your Dashboard since that's why you're working out. If you wish you can manually log your "Zuma" activity, so you don't lose your calories burned, but it's up to you. To manually log an activity: Tap on your "Track exercise" (it has a picture of a little man running) > Tap on stop watch (in the upper right corner) > Enter the information.

I encourage you to keep stepping, remember it's not about going fast, it's about doing your best! See you around! Woman Very Happy
