Do I need a special app to have my exercise automatically sync to my dashboard? Do I need to turn something on before I start my exercising? I was using Myfitnesspal via my phone before I got the zip and somehow a couple of my exercise routines synced.... lost over here. Any help is appreciated.

@atrom welcome aboard! Its' nice seeing you around. If you're using MyFitnessPal and if you have it connected to your Fitbit account, then I suggest using it. Manually logging your activity using Fitbit might double the calorie count on your Dashboard. Please keep in mind that manually logging an activity works well when step count isn't the best indicator of the calories burned. If you are doing an activity that does not require steps (like cycling or using an elliptical machine), or an activity that requires more than just steps (like tennis or yoga), logging the activity manually improves the accuracy of this activity's contribution to your caloric burn.
