My Zip has this problem now, too. I couldn't get it to sync, so chatted with one of the techs, and downloaded the newest Win10 app. Still wouldn't sync, so bought a new dongle, thinking that was the problem. Got the new dongle last week, managed exactly one sync since July 5th. MEANwhile, I installed the android app on my tablet, and could sync that way... until two weeks ago, when that simply stopped, too! Do I need a new Zip? What's going on, this baby has never let me down like this before!!!
