Zip not syncing w/ Galaxy S8

my Zip won't sync to my phone or with my computer with the dongle.

If you are trying to sync to a device running Android 9.0 (Pie) don't waste your time, it will not sync.  The only way to get it to sync is by restarting the Zip (removing the battery) or syncing to another device that runs an older version of Android. Do a search on this forum and you will see that you are not alone.

How long have you had that battery in place, @halnova ?  Perhaps you need a new battery? Here is an article on replacing it.

Do you have to pull the battery every time you want to sync, or just once to get it back to being paired? *

What about Mac El Capitan? I replaced the battery and it now is sort of stuck and the time is not right...
