Zip not syncing

I have noticed now for the past few days that the zip will not sync with the dashboard software. I have also attempted to sync it manually and still it does not sync. I love this unit as there is no chance I could damage a wrist style one with the field of work I do. I just want to be able to check up on my phone an accurate reading. I like to do challenges with friends but now I'm just looking like I am lazy lol

You might need to restart your tracker if it's stuck. Check out this article:

Thanks for the quick response. I did reset the device and still did not sync. I uninstalled and reinstalled application on my android phone and now it was able to sync, but it did take me several times of pressing the sync button to do so. It is working now, but my concern is do I have to keep doing this in the future? If that's the case then it is a major nuisance. Also, it did not update the past 4 days on my work account.
