My Fitbit One bit the dust last week after 10 years of service. I bought the Zip thinking it was a close second. The Zip won't sync. My steps and progress show up on the Zip device but it will not sync with my iPhone. Also, the time is off on the clock. I click Central time for USA and it is 11:30 a.m. here but my Zip shows 10:38. Ugh...this is so frustrating. Can anyone offer advice to fix my problems? (And I still get "Pair Zip with phone for a better connection" and the FIX it button prompt that I got with my One). My iPhone app does say "Zip Update Available" but when I try to update it seems like I just spin in cyberworld.... Thanks for any help!
